    you are the only one who is defending Kashyap. Rest are sharing bad feedback. ....lol

    bottom line repeating again : Why would somebody would take the car to Kashyap Motors if getting best service is not sure and people have both good and bad experiences. Same was the case with TASS.

    Finally i got all issues sorted by personal interest from Mr. OP Sharma. Million thanks to him.

    I wrote email to Fiat Folks appreciating the work of Mr. OP Sharma and other like Mr. Lalit etc.. should learn from him ( Mr. Lalit was also copied in the email).

    Update on this episode: Kashyap staff did call me again and confirmed that they have sourced the clips. I asked them if the clips could be sent to their Okhla workshop since it would be a complete waste for me to drive 70 kms to and fro to Noida just for these puny clips. The lady was really helpful and assured me that she will arrange the same. A couple of days later, she called back to confirm that I could go to Okhla and get the clips fixed. Super stuff! :up

    Had been to the workshop again last Saturday to get the Punto serviced (and a few small running repairs) and a couple of small jobs on the Jet. Was attended to very promptly and both cars were taken in quite quickly. Was happy with the turnaround time for the Jet as I was anyway leaving the Punto with them for the 7th scheduled service - 4 years and 70k kms (I service my Punto every 10k kms instead of the prescribed 15k kms). Small issue with the wheel alignment on the Jet made me wait till after the lunch break was finished, but overall it was quite a quick turnaround.

    Went back on Sunday morning to collect the Punto and voila the car was ready after a wash as promised the previous day. Was quite pleased to see that committed timeline was met even without the need of a reminder from my side. But the biggest positive surprise was that all items on the job card had been attended to and resolved. In fact I had forgotten to list the MID error due to the rear number plate light - they had fixed that as well. :upagain!!

    You would find a few for Kashyap, Noida. They are doing a pretty decent job. Not world class but yes they do their job.

    Though i can vouch for O.P.Sharma's work, my linea's 1st (Elegant) and 3rd (Kashyap's) service was under his supervision and it was perfect. 2nd was at Him peeragarhi, and it was a shocker, considering i have dealt with lazy a$$es, money sucking hyundai S.A's very well in past.

    however i still believe Kashyap's have a long way to go, my linea's power steering hose was in list for official replacement, though i haven't found any problems with it. i asked Mr. Daya Jeevan there to check whether the said part has come and he said he will call back and its been more than 6 weeks now, i am still to get the call.

    I was busy with some work, now that i am free i guess i should take up the matter with Kashyap's management. 6 weeks is an eternity to revert back .

    No point calling Jeevan I guess. He has been transferred to Kashyap, Okhla. Management and admin shuffling was happening from the past 6 weeks within Kashyap, so i think thats why jeevan couldn't do your job. Plus stop expecting calls from any of the SAs when it comes to replacing parts or ordering parts, etc. You'll have to follow up yourself.

    Had very bad xp with kashyap okhla,launched a complain at fiat,and very happy to see instant action took by fiat. Now my problem is looked upon by CRM(Mr Jha). :D

    Yup met jeevan at okhla,promised me to call once part recieved(13/7)(very poor cleaning,nt satisfied with service) but till yestrday i didnt got a single call from him neither from anyone from kashyap okhla,so finally i decided to call myself to know the status, the person at service departmnt who picked my phone took more than a hour and more than 3 calls to say that part is nt available, which makes me so much angry that i knocked the fiat doors and launched the complain yesterday. today morning recieved mail from fiat service that crm will look into my matter and later today finally Jeevan called me and now he is crying to take back the complain and i cleared him that i will not take the complain back by anyhow and i dont have problem with him i just want that fiat should take action against the person who picked my call.

    You can always escalate to Mr. O.P. Sharma. He is the service manager of Kashyap.
