    @pradeep, @tash22, I had taste of ext. warranty rejection very recently for Glow plugs. Reason given: '15K Kms got slipped by 8 days'!. However, in earlier occasions the Europa Insurance with whom Fiat has tied-up for ext. warranty didn't see this 8 day skip as a reason.

    I feel they are not trying their best to reject claims.

    You should be careful with these guys,they are big liers about warranty claim.
    I have personal experience last month.
    When I left for run in repair of rattling issue,Even before checking the warranty the sa was adamant of charging 6k as labour for fixing the issue in dashboard rattling.
    After all the hungama he told he will try to claim from warranty and after 3days(delivered after lot of escalation) bill came to final 3.5 k and told FCA gave only 50% claim.
    I insisted him to show me the records of rejection from FCA and ready to challange FCA about it and you don't believe these guys started to behave very strangely and not ready to show any records and final bill came to 1.3k,so paid and got the car(not willing to pay but didn't have energy to waste 1 more day in SC).
    You re check all the records and have a word then you decide.

    How is Ebony for damage repairs, My wife scraped left side rear door while parking and my insurance is with L&T which has cashless only with EBONY.

    Please suggest

    Finally had to give up on KHT loyalty due to bad experience during minor repair job ( i hope its transitory).

    Went to Ebony for my 4th service and Oh boy !!
    it was impeccable service experience with much cleaner station and very well informed SA. He did absolutely clean job and also provided free interior shampoo of my car.
