Where do you service your car now? Or did you sell your car?
I took my car for 3rd free service to Aadya. I am impressed with overall service. Service quality is definitely much better than what I experienced with "Vecto Motors".
Had a wonderful experience with Addya service ::T. I had to do my 3rd free service of the Punto 90Hp 2012 model. Booked the service over telephone and got a confirmation before the day of service. They had pickup and drop for servicing the vehicle. But I opted to see the place on my own. I already knew that Mashud Khan( From Concord Motors, Dairy Circle, Bangalore) had joined there so the service part should definitely good. Finished my 3rd service and the vehicle was delivered on the same day. Had a 3 KM test drive of the vehicle after service with Service Manager, Mashud Khan. Vehicle was butter smooth.
My 2nd service experience was pathetic with vecto motors. I would suggest people to try Aadya and specifically Khan, who know the vehicle better than any one in Vecto motors service. I dont have any experience with KHT so I will not be able to suggest on that.
My service experience rating is 8/10.
Recently had been to Aadya for their free check up camp and I felt their response has improved leaps and bounds. Definitely there seems to be a positive sign and I was surprised to see many woman staffers. Overall, the experience was quite good. Especially, I liked the way in which customers were attended as soon as they were reaching the venue. Lot of eagerness and enthusiasm shown.

recently i happened visit Aadya motors with my punto's starter motor problem, The service was really nice. Was given full information about the the starter motor replacement under warentee and car was delivered to me on time ... Had a quick chat with Mr Khan and he cleared all my doubts regarding the car.
I have heard some "bad" stories about Aadya's servicing and have always wondered how was it possible when Mashud Khan was around. Good to see some good reviews, finally.
Hi Guys, I have taken my punto 1.3 diesel from Aadya and had visited their service centre 3 to 4 times due to some initial niggles and also for 1 free service camp.I have not been to any other service centres in Bangalore but I should say these guys do an excellent job out there. Had very good experience so far and was happy with the job done. No plans of changing the service
Hi I did my first service(5000km) again with Aadya today. Very customer friendly.Satisfied with the result. Experienced and knowledgeable team.
My 1st service with Ebony Motors and so far the experience is turning out to be bad. Earlier glow plugs changed by Vecto Motors on extended warranty but now Ebony is saying that due to the kilometer mismatch extended warranty does not cover. Have just told them to complete the general servicing do not touch anything. The 75k servicing has come to around 14k did not want to spend more.
Kindly let us know how many kilometers was the service interval overshot by. Extended warranty is via a third part service provider and they have become stringent unlike the past years, as I too have come across a few cases where warranty was rejected due to overshooting the prescribed interval schedule.
