    @theblack though I bought my car from Aadya, I would never recommend anyone to get their car serviced there.

    I have also escalated this issue to FIAT either to shut this dealership down or provide good service to the customers. Not just fool around with people giving lame excuses and not doing the job.

    One word to Aadya motors "PATHETIC" :mad:

    i am hearing good and bad reviews of Vecto and KHT service centers but i am hearing all bad reviews abt Aadya..these guys are spoiling Fiat's image in Bangalore..Pathetic service given by Aadya..:thumbs down

    KHT seems to be much more reliable and friendly than vecto and aadya . I've had personal experiences with all 3 dealers . Anyway since i'm not going to any dealers for service anymore it would never be possible to give a proper comparison

    Got the third free service done at Aadya this weekend. I had booked an appointment many (~4) weeks earlier. One day before the service they called and reminded about the service.

    Dropped in at 9:10 AM on Saturday 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Mr. Masud Khan was already there. Within 10 mins SA, Mr. Yousuf came to us to prepare the job card. Following requests were made:-

    1. Third free service
    2. LH Door alignment. I felt more effort is needed to close the LH doors compared to RH. This was post accident repair at KHT.
    3. Rear LH window was making a lot of noise.
    4. Additional airfilter.

    Did not change the coolant as the service coupon doesn't specify it. Manual requires you to change it every 60k (our car has run ~26k) or 24 months whichever is earlier. I don't know if this was a smart move on my part.

    I was promised delivery before 4PM Sunday. Got a call at 3:30 PM that the car is ready for delivery.

    I am not able to make out any difference regarding door alignment or the effort required in closing the LH doors. Not very worried about it because I am not sure if this an imagined problem :-D

    Rear LH window noise was solved. I was told they replaced 'Power window regulator' under warranty.

    Additional airfilter which we requested was provided. Costed ~Rs.300.

    Timelines were adhered to, no additional jobs "suggested", niggles were solved. So I think it was a good experience overall. It helps to have the ASC just 10 mins away from your home :)

    One serious lapse:
    I was told invoice would be emailed as he needs the job card for warranty processing. It didn't make sense to me. I will ask dad to check his email and if the invoice is not emailed then would definitely write to FIAT about it.

    There seems to be a blood connect between the hackers of fiat india and aadya motors. Do check it for yourselves :)

    I have been to Aadya last saturday during Fiat Winter camp. I am overall satisfied with their service quality. In fact this free service was much better than Vecto's General Checkup (750Rs). The service guy showed the faults with rear suspension which was not detected during Vecto's General Checkup (done 2 month before).

    Yes. I met him there. It was surprising to see him there. He was the service adviser for my Punto's 1st free service/Warranty repairs in Concorde motors. I had the best service experience with him/Concorde.

    Mashud Khan is the service manager at Aadya now :) he did the replacement of suspension under warranty for my car.
