I am hearing that Mr Mausood Khan(used to be with Concorde FIAT service) is now with Aadya. Members visting aadya could confirm.

Yes, he is with Aadya now. Had taken my punto to their 'new service center' (the old bodyshop) on saturday to rectify an issue with the turn lamps. Mr. Khan himself checked the issue and has asked me to leave the car for a detailed check up.

My first ever interaction with Mr. Khan was pretty good. I had gone there without an appointment and even then he readily came across to my car and checked the same. My Punto's LHS turn lamps were not working and he could immediately identify that it may be due to rats cutting some wire. He did show me the foot marks of rats and some plastic bitten off !! . I am leaving the car there on Wednesday for a detailed checkup. My 1st and 2nd services were done at Aadya and the overall experience was satisfactory. This is the closest service center to my home!

during my 45k service at concorde dairy circle last year, i was misktakenly billed 300 extra for pick n drop after being told that pick n drop would be provided free. I had even gone to pick the car after service. When I asked, Khan told me that he will adjust the amount in my next repair/service bill. I Will remind him about this and see if he remembers :D

    New story from aadya.
Apparently they are refusing to do an oil flush before pouring new oil and they are saying that it will void warranty.
My friend is currently getting it done there and any help would be deeply appreciated.. URGENT

^^ They have to drain the old oil before replacing it with new one. The same was followed at my 15k kms Service.

Yes that's what they do by default but the technician was acting up as i'm told and he didn't basically know how/where to put the oil flush so started off with warranty getting void if they use the flush.
I told my friend to give him ,his piece of mind and that's when they agreed that oil flush would not void warranty but it was too late the old oil was drained and now no use of flushing it.

I almost wish this didn't happen but here I am crying foul about AADYA again on behalf of my friend.
If AADYA is listening , well dont sit there and just listen do something about your PATHETIC service.

    Story,
My friend's punto went in for 2nd service (AADYA -> read 2nd service) of the list of changes expected pollen filter replacement (mesh type to paper type) , fluids change/top up were the main things apart from that he didn't have any other complaints. This means from a customer's POV there are no complaints with the vehicle just normal service.

    Here comes the fun.
1.) I asked him to witness the oil change and ask for a full oil flush before new oil is poured :: Technician says flushing will void warranty. (Another SA says they do it only for 60k service).
who is to be believed ? I dont know

2.) My friend pays the bill of 5000 and by luck happens to check the pollen filter and to his shock its still wire mesh filter only. the bill says Pollen filter was added.
AADYA what the He!! are you thinking by conning customers like this?

3.) car all washed and after a round of blasting he heads home , He wishes to turn left and pulls the stalk down but it never comes back to neutral position again. Looks like while applying the interior polish those guys have screwed up and the stalk is not returning to normal position.

If there is anyone from AADYA here can you explain these points and give me a valid answer?

PS :: The car came in faultless and went back with a fault . Great job AADYA
