At least until all centers are fully functional I feel it's better to go in a weekday. These guys just have too many customers and it's understandable

For that matter, until they open a new service center, everything for Fiat will be manual work including placing orders for spares.

By the way, the brakes are in shortage in Bangalore. Stocks awaited.

Very true. Irrespective of the weekdays or weekends, the load is high. The repetitive jobs are quite high which invariably increases the load on the service center. A good long permanent fix is required, for that time is required which is in shortage. Its a vicious circle.

Oh.. that is bad news. SA in Aadya told Vecto has stock and Aadya people tried to source it from them but couldn't. Anyway, i have decided to drive my vehicle with growling brakes till 1st June. Took an appointment with Vecto.

Yes, till next 30-45 days this issue (spares not available) with Aadhya.
i was told, they do have spares, but cant use them as they belong to new fiat entity of aadhya motors(previously ebony) and all items are packed and kept.

i too have left a feedback and was assured better service in next 6 odd weeks.

For the first time...I had NOT so good experience @Aadya..

Been there yesterday for some running repairs:
1.Brake pads : SA told they are lasting anywhere b/w 10-15K only...for all 2012 cars..and in my case its 10K..:(..so ordering from 99 rpm for 1k)
2.Volume control on music system was finicky...was promptly fixed
3.TRied for paint job for few scratches...but no point going with insurance as you'll be looser :)..so dropped idea
4.Cleaned air filter & did top up + general checkup..cleaning air filter seems to have helped because the car seems to be moving better now..(mine is a very dusty area these days..so air filter cleaning was very much needed)
5.They did not have ABSOLUTE mud flaps..worst part was those guys did'nt know how it looks...:)

Disappointing thing was lack of professional etiquette...dirty dresses by everyone,no customer friendly nature..they just have no patience to listen to your needs..lack of staff..

Santosh who worked earlier was very good..now he is not there...

Surprisingly not too many cars...may be 6-7 for the day..

FIAT exclusive service for Aadya will move to bodyshop location which is closer to Manyata tech park..in a month..

Now that i have booked my service with Vecto, i will check with them if they have it in stock before i head there for service. If they are not having the stock, then will order from 99rpm. Thanks for the suggestion! :)

Aadya separated their service centre from the Tata-Fiat facility yesterday. Now the Fiat service centre is at their bodyshop at the other end of Virannapalya flyover. It is still congested as they have their new-car yard there as well as the combined bodyshop. Its just coming up. And the facility is in its nascent stage. And I had to leave my car there to drain out the water inside the cabin due to blocked ac pipe.

Its tough to get there for those coming from Hebbal side as you have go ahead 2kms for a U turn. The other way by Virannapalya main road is in pathetic condition. Better avoided.

Before i bought Linea (end april), i had given my Punto for paint job and servicing at Aadhya Motors.

Mr.Girish from sales helped me with arranging the appointment.
insurance claimed for 6k and rest some 2k from pocket - the dent and paint was factory quality, i was impressed !

To compare, Last year i had got similar work on my punto un-dented and painted from Concorde dairy circle, they seemed to lack in the quality of finishing, i could feel bit rough surface when the car was delivered with a whooping 10k bill !!

Plus Raghu the SA for Fiat, helped in completing the 3rd service, it happend to be a paid service as i missed the deadline of 12 months, however milage was just 200kms above the requirement of 30k kms... Total servicing bill came upto 8odd thousand as all type of oils were changed as per specification.

break pads were going strong for another 1000 odd kms, hence didnt bother to change now plus no stock of break pads anywhere at that point in time.

I Liked : coolness of Raghu the SA, paint job, helpful attitude of the staff

I didn't like : water wash, they use bore water, which left the wind screen with salt deposit and having hard time to get rid of them, interior cleaning was not up to the mark the dashboard was not properly dressed.
the entry to service center is too narrow and can cause damage to vehicle if not careful
the paint shop is long way from the service center, but infuture both paint shop and service center will co-reside at the exisiting yard on ORR
i was made to wait for 3 hours to replace the broken fog lamp and after the part came, it was for the wrong side (right side) they didnt have the one which i needed(left side) .. cursed the guys, delivered my Punto to my uncle and took delivery and drove my nEw Linea at 9:30 in the night !!
