Aadya might give you a service appointment within a week, but let me tell you this, they are one of the worst authorized service center for Fiat cars. There are no dedicated Service Adviser for Fiat cars. Just some random guy who usually works with Indicabs, wearing a black t shirt who knows NOTHING about Fiat cars. And their technicians (if you can call them that !) are even worse. I really wonder how they were hired in the first place.
Giving my car for service at Aadya is one of the biggest mistakes made thus far. So if I were you, I'd flush the appointment given by Aadya and wait for Vecto (if you are not in a hurry).
There might be others who may have had better experiances with them, but I am definitely not one of them.
The arrogance shown by the technicians and the spares guy at Aadya is nothing to write home either. Had blasted them in front of their own CRM. I will never go back to Aadya unless the sun rises in the west. :A
I got a decent review about them from one member in another thread here. So far my experience with Prerana/Vecto/Surendra has been great but this time around i am in a hurry.
Brakes have worn out and is growling far too often, need to get them replaced. My ride is very sluggish these days and need some serious flush out i guess. I can wait on the second part but need to get the brakes fixed as soon as possible... Now that two of you have commented on Aadya, am seriously circumspect. I will take a call tomorrow.
In that case, a running repair to fix the brakes should do for the moment and quick Airfilter clean up should ease the matter or even replace the air filter should keep you going until you get the appointment.
Yes, i will call AADYA and try to get them change it to a running service, get my brake pads changed and airfilter cleaned/changed. Thanks for the good advice!
What a bummer from Aadya! After much contemplation, i decided to go ahead and do my 4th service with Aadya. Took a day off and went to their facility. The priority work i wanted to do was changing the brake-pads. Alas, they dont have it in stock! So i told them, i don't want to get the work done from them as brake-pads replacement was my priority.
SA- Raghukumar was a gentleman, he did not coax me in to getting the other work done and was candid enough to say that their bifurcation from Tata is not in place and that is why they are not able to place orders for spares. Wonder how much truth is there in that.
Anyway, for everyone who is planning to take their vehicles to Aadya for repairs, keep in mind they are running short on spares.
