This is not Teky's Video obviously. I guess he found it somewhere on Youtube and is posting it here for everyone of us to see.

Im not surprised seeing the damage done to the interiors if it was left at the SC for 7 months among all those jokers.

I cannot fathom why someone would one leave their car at a service center for 7 months. This is a big joke. :hit

    1) We need some more information on who this person actually is and
    2) Why you posted such video in this thread unless the person gave the car to Tejaswi motors for servicing for a period of 7 months.

    Please clarify :confused1

As answered by Vignesh, this ain't my video.
I remotely even don't know who he is, May be Tejaswi motors can identify him and clarify here

Just thought of sharing the video to understand if Tejaswi is such a bad SC and also warn the fellow Fiat'ians. If you watch the video carefully he states it's not for servicing but the car met with accident!

What I understood from the video is that this guy has bought a Fiat Punto Emotion in Jan 2012 and had met with an accident probably around May. He has given the car for accidental repair to Tejaswi Motors around May 2012 and after 7 months (Dec 2012) his car is back and in a bad shape.
His Name is Naresh B, which is according to the Youtube account. The video has been uploaded a week back.

    ok, Thanks for sharing. :)

Tejaswi is not a bad SC at all (at least from my experience). Every service center has its share of niggles and yes, sometimes we end up visiting them lot more than required.

lol, I wonder if Tejawsi is even looking at this thread. :irked

Gosh! If that's the case, then he shouldn't have taken the car back at all. BIG MISTAKE. The vehicle was returned to him in a pathetic condition. He must escalate this issue to the higher management.

We could have helped him out if he was in TFI. Any thoughts?

Hi All - I am a new joiner to this group, have been a member and following MFW for quite some time. I own the first MultiJet model to india (Palio SDX), did not find an option while registering hence registered as Fiat Enthusiast.

This is my first prost in this forum

As this thread is about the Tejeswi motors hyderabad. Just to let you know that Tejeswi motors has started a FIAT exclusive service center last week, also most of you might be aware that they already have a FIAT exclusive showroom. I am sure most of you already have this news but just leaving and update.

My service is booked for this Friday, will post back on the experience after the service

    Hi Mahesh,

Nice to see you here. Yes, we are aware of Tejaswi motors exclusive FIAT service center but I believe we don't have a first hand report from any of the users here after the service. From what I heard, the location is small and it can't accommodate more than 7 cars. This is bit of a bummer!

Anyways, I planned on visiting Tejaswi tomorrow for a quick checkup.

Do let us know your experience after the service.

went to service center today for booking a slot for my first free service. They are booked till 24th May  After listening that its my first service and might take 2-3 hours of job at max, they gave me a slot on 18th.

The place is small. 7-8 cars can be serviced at a time, and when I entered, almost 15 cars were parked here and there inside the center. Its called Butta Automotive on road no 45. office is incomplete and I saw lot of mechanics are actually dozing off inside the AC office due to lack of officials present there(around 4 pm).

little apprehensive about their service due to atmosphere out there at least for now.

Fiat Exclusive: Butta Motors (Tejasvi) Hyderabad

I had to get my linea serviced for the 50K servicing as I was planning on a long drive. Called Tejaswi and they refused to take the booking saying a fiat exclusive is going to come up next week. Waited for a week and then called Fiat Exclusive showroom who said they were also called Tejaswi and gave me the no of the service center. I call them and they insist they are Butta motors not Tejasvi but claim to be Fiat exclusive. Got me spooked up and had to make a few calls to confirm if I was speaking to the right guys...

Finally the day arrived and I went all pumped up to the service center. There was no parking and I had to park my vehicle on the road and had to wait for the service advisor in the hot sun for 30 mins. Finally he turned up and took note of my points... I came back in the evening to pick up my car and had to wait for 20 mins because they had parked my car somewhere else.

My car was not washed as the facility was not ready. Was handed over the keys and was asked to pick it from outside where it was parked. The service advisor did not bother to explain what was done. On reaching my car, I realized a problem with my headlights was not rectified. I went back and spoke to the service advisor and he says he did not do it because the spares were not there. But did not bother to inform me...

Overall the facility was so small that I seriously doubt if they could accommodate more than 15 cars simultaneously... There was no waiting area for customers.

I genuinely hope, these guys get their act together and deliver better service. Cannot blame Tata anymore. Fiat as a brand should do better for the kind of wonderful vehicles they have. Hope to see some better reviews / experiences in the future.
