Agreed to both of your comments , they did do the job after all and they did it fast. 10 points on the technical side of things but I think the soft skills need much improvement. Its not only FIAT / Tata for that matter - any service center for any company , they definitely need to get their act together.

I've never got my car serviced from Tejaswi but I have seen some decent reviews about them. I normally go to Malik only. But I will try Tejaswi out for the 4rth and the final free service.

But when you do visit next time, approach Madhu (CRM) or Triveni (ACRM) and inform them that you are from TFI and you would definitely be treated and attended well.

People at Tejaswi change every other week Kiran. I have never heard of the people you mentioned above, atleast in the recent past. It's just that the CRM's email ID is attached to the name Triveni, but i think the name is imaginary at this point. Mr.Dheeraj was the CRM a few days ago but he dissapeared suddenly. Ms.Suhasini is the CRM now AFAIK.

The same is true for SA's, they keep changing every couple of months. Raju has been the only SA for FIAT in the recent past and he is too busy (or i should say confused) to deal with people patiently.

I have been a regular visitor in the recent past and it is really frustrating when they waste >1 hr at the beginning of the day to open up a job card and then 2 hrs to close it at the end of the day. And as mentioned by others, they always try to convince you to come back some other day citing all kinds of stupid reasons.

Its been almost an year since I have been to Tejaswi. Last time when I was there, the CRM was Ravi and ACRM was Triveni. Infact, Triveni was the one who informed me about Exclusive Fiat Showroom and Service Center in Jan this year. I later heard that Ravi was shifted to TATA and Madhu was the new CRM. I got to speak with Madhu briefly on phone when I was actually trying to contact Ravi. I will have to visit Tejaswi again for 3rd Free Servicing this Dec. I hope the exclusive service center is up and running by then.

Correct Vignesh, When I went to install Arm Rest, Job was done in 45 minutes total, PreJob Waiting time:- To open the Job Card:- 2 Hrs, and after Job to close the Job card:- 1hrs. Total 4 hrs spent with bill payment & gatepass issue. Don't know how they do the actual job very fast, but customer has to wait long time to clear all other activities.

My experience was different. I gave the car in the morning at around 10:00 AM and again went in the evening at around 6:00 PM or so to collect the car.

To open up a job card: 15 min
To close the job card: 30 min (They were very eagerly waiting for me to pay the bill)
Actual Job time: God knows ::V I gave the vehicle in the morning and came back in the eve to pick it up.

I still can't believe I was stupid enough to forget my pen drive. :A Damn them.. But the job was well done.

@Hurricane - stealing a pen drive sounds alright in the Indian context - you left it in the car and somebody flicked it , very acceptable.

I once lost 5Rs coin !!! This was when I gave my car to a general checkup camp - not even washing. I couldn't believe that someone can actually flick a 5 Rupee coin :D
