    Just emailed a link of this post to FIAT. Hope it shames them into doing something to take care of their Hyderabad customers. Sometimes I wonder, why FIAT cannot have COCO setups at least in key locations.

    You are correct. FIAT ASS is world famous. Here are the few points to be noted
    1) Book an appointment for your car service and for sure you will get an appointment for service in a month or 2 months.
    2) On the service date if you go to the Butta automotive world famous service station (Hyderabad)you will be answered in not less then 3 -4 hours (But pls make sure you need to keep on reminding them that you have an appointment and then the adviser will turn up for writing job card)

    Why do you generalize the whole FASS for this dealer's issue? There are FASS's in TN who are doing great job as well.

    I had escalated the issue and written to FIAT. In return thy mailed me saying.. deeply regret the inconvenience caused and our team will get back to you. nothing happened even after 4 weeks.

    I am not saying its the whole Fiat ASS. I pointed only BUTTA automotive, Hyderabad. Good to hear that FASS is doing good in TN :)

    Continuing from where I left off..


    Day 3
    Finally, the vehicle came but the bad news was that the headlight assembly was not replaced as per warranty. These guys were just testing my patience. He apologized multiple times and said that the mistake was on his part as well for not initiating the warranty process. He promised that he will deliver the vehicle at any cost the next day with the headlight replaced.


    Day 4
    Couple of days passed and there was no call from him. Finally on 27th, I got frustrated and gave him a sound thrashing on phone. I never spoke to anyone in a harsh tone and I felt a bit bad for doing so but what to do, these guys were asking for it. He obliged and I went to Tejaswi the same day and got my part replaced.


    Now for the good points, my vehicle is now in a superb condition after the servicing. It's soo smooth. The people who did the job obviously has done a fantastic job (Ghouse or whoever) minus the headlight fiasco. :dancing


    So who is to blame here..


    Mr. Raju? I'd say, he had his bad points.. Even if we make numerous calls on a daily basis, they won't have the courtesy of calling you back and letting us know the status. That's just how they are. Given the space and the volume of vehicles they receive on a daily basis, they just make entry of the vehicles and call us once the servicing is done. They are on the phone almost everyone time mostly on the receiving end of sound trashing from various customers. Most of themselves were complaining as to how the situation is.


    Anyways, for anyone who wants to get the servicing done, please make the SA write each and every problem of yours in the sheet. I hope the management improves in the days to come. Good luck to them.

    @ Hurricane: Even I had similar experience when I asked to replace Linea self motor at tejaswi motors, Madhapur. They took almost 4 working days to say that it will be delayed for few more days for the part to be delivered. The Advisor Mr.Raju used to say we placed the order to fiat and we are waiting for the part to be delivered. I cant understand one thing, whn they dont have the required parts, thy still promise saying car will be delivered in a day :-(

    As mentioned technician Mr Ghouse is perfect @ Tejaswi Motors, Madhapur,Hyd.

    But finally it was replaced in a day from Digmani Automobiles, Tarnaka, Hyderabad. they did a perfect job.

    Butta Motors lacks proper management & i think they did'nt inculcate least profesionalism to their employees in handling customers.
    Ghouse and Rajkumar good Mechanics. They do their job perfectly.

    And the next time you visit Digmani motors, peep into the apartment opposite to it and if you find a Red Punto with all stickers over it, then am home. Lets meet up some time.

    I've got a FiatPalio 1.9D.And as i live abroad... i drive it only once a year.... This August,, i was planning to Service it.. What are your suggestions ?? Regarding Tejaswi Motors SC.?
