    This is to share yet another good experience from AV Motors. Yesterday when I took out the car after having lunch from a restaurant, suddenly there is loud noises made from the front bay on uneven patches of road. Suspecting that it is the left lower arm which had is worn out I called up the service center and informed that I would be coming. But due to some emergency works it was already 6 by the time I reached. But the team readily took in vehicle, raised a job card and started the work.

    Full inspection of the entire car has been done and was informed the other complaints which I'm aware of. So on a immediate attention the lower arm has been replaced and the car is ready for test by 7:15. There were two different sounds and one disappeared. But the loud khad khad sounds remained. So the service engineer sent the car for wash and inspected it again. It was the loose steering rack connection to the tyres. He quickly tighten the bolts up and tested again. Voila! All the noises are gone and the car is fine. The car is out of the service center by 8pm.

    Thanks for the team for their dedicated service to customers like us and helping out to keep our cars in good condition for the journey called life. I've done my 300k journey same night peacefully and the car returned a FE of 25kmpl on highway with AC.

    Gave the S10 to AV Motors yesterday. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The SA came over very quickly, inspected the car and said a general service is mandatory. He listened to all my queries and answered every question patiently. I insisted that they use only FCA recommended parts and oils and no fancy stuff.

    The service was done by 2.00 pm. Oil change, air filter, oil filter, wheel bolt instal. What I liked is that they never recommended any unwanted spares to be bought or changed. The rear suspension felt slightly loose. They loaded the car with 5 staff and went for a drive, came back and said that one strut may be wonky. Apparently, a seal was broken which they fixed and adjusted. The suspension is perfect now.

    The only thing which they could not do was the paint touchups required. Apparently, the S10 yellow paint was imported from Italy at the time and is not available here. They say they will intimate me when the paint arrives though it would be late.The surprise was the way they had polished the inside of the car. The leather steering and gear knob was shining and the dash had been scrubbed clean. A nice touch. The outside body and wheel too had been scrubbed clean at no extra cost.

    After the service, the car is just purring like a jungle cat. Very quiet engine till revved. Power delivery is crisp and an 8 km drive last night at 11.00 pm on main roads was thoroughly enjoyable. The rear suspension adjustment made it proper corner carver.

    Very happy with AV Motors. Honest staff who promise only what they can do. And there were nearly 40 cars when I went there. I have never seen so many Fiats in one place :)

    I am surprised at so many positive reviews as my experience has been totally different and I have not seen a bigger cheater of all the service centers.

    Took my FIAT Linea for third service to AV motors Hyderabad . Its really sad that due to spare parts issue , we need to depend on FIAT service centers who inturn charge so much price for anything .
    Some of the third party service centers like MahindraFirstChoice are much better but they have stopped servicing FIAT vehicles due to lack of spares.

    Now coming back to my service experience , I booked the service and but I had to call them to pick up the vehicle. After the vehicle was picked up , I got a call from supervisor SANDEEP (Big time liar) that car was received and he will call back after test drive.
    I hadnot reported any problem as I just wanted regular service & oil change . Despite waiting for 2 hours I did not get any call so I called back to know the status then I was informed that Battery is weak it should be changed , some tie road is loose needs to be changed and also near engine something is broken which gives vibration and also Break shoe & disc.

    I was shocked to hear all that when I hadn't complaint of battery as it was working fine . Then I asked him that tell me what is actually important to be changed rather than everything you told coz I knew my battery was fine and so were other things .

    Then hesitantly he told me that only break shoe & disk is most important right now. I asked him to change and inform me when the car is ready . He promised to call back . At 3 pm I again called him to know the status and again he promised to call back. Again at 4 when I asked him the status he said sir it cannot be done today so can you take the vehicle tomorrow ?

    I was furious and I called the GM , who promised to look into the matter . Then I got a call in half an hour and to my surprise they told the car would be ready in half an hour .

    Went to pick up the car . I dont know how the car was serviced in half an hour suddenly . The washing was poor and same I felt for the service too.
    Reluctantly I took the vehicle and told him that I would be back for proper washing some other day .
    My 4th service bill including Break pads & Disc change was Rs 13200 including all the discounts .

    I seriously miss Ankita Motors & Mr Pandu who was so good and never misguided people but may be thats why FIAT found Ankita Motors non profitable and shut it down unceremoniously.

    Update:
    Suddenly smell of a dead RAT coming from my car . Took to AV Motors for resolution . Again met Supervisor Sandeep who once again proved what kind of cheats they are. Took my car and after 15 min told me that the mouse has entered the dashboard . He removed the plastic grill below the wipers from one side to show that rat had entered from there and he had left some papers etc. there. So total dashboard needs to be removed , AC gas needs to be refilled and mats to be cleaned and bla bla bla . Total cost Rs 5000.
    I was shocked to hear Rs 5000. I asked him to wash the car as they hadnt washed it properly.
    Next day I opened the plastic grill below wipers again and observed thoroughly and I found a dead mouse lying there. Removed the mouse, cleaned with water and phenyl and its done. Total cost Rs 0.
