    After the first service is over, I got a call from Prerana in November twice about the experience after the service. I told them am not satisfied with the service stating the issues developed in the car after the service. They called by December end also to know about the same and the same thing was narrated to them and the lady called told that their manager/superior will call back to know exact issues (what else am going to say to him more than what I told her, I don't know) but still waiting for their call. Whether Prerana is just trying to woo the customers only by words?

    Dear Mr Senthil, Kindly do accept my apologies . I shall ensure that you get a call from our service head and all unresolved issues addressed at the earliest.

    Though this may sound as an excuse, the fact remains that we were bifurcating our call centres for Fiat and tata respectively but the data ( customer voice) was getting merged. Hence, the delay in addressing your complaints.
    I fully concur with your statement (what else am going to say to him more than what I told her, I don't know) .
    We have educated our telecallers accordingly and this will not recurr. I must admit that a couple of other customers had raised similar issues.
    I sincerly appreciate your time and effort in bringing this upto our notice so that we can correct ourselves and theryby make CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE a DELIGHT at Prerana and subsequently at VECTO MOTORS.
    May i take this opportunity to request all our esteemed customers to drop in a mail to helpdesk@preranamotors.com in case of any escalations. I promise that your greivances, if any will be attended to ON TOP PRIORITY.

    Thanks for the information you provided. I dropped a PM and written to the helpdesk. Hope I will get rid of the issues developed.

    Prerana is improving rapid. Thanks for all the concerns you put on the customer. Hopefully I will be happy when I am taking the car from the SC this time. I will put it in Kudlu Gate coming Wednesday and post the reviews once I get back the car from the SC. Thanks once again for all who called in to sort out the issues I am facing after the first service.
