For a moment I read it as new car bookings !!
I doubt the above claim as Tensingh tells me that they are yet to open service bookings.

I am really surprised to see the eagerness and the excitement to get the car serviced from RDC. What difference is it going to make if the majority of the service team are hired from the TASSs? The only difference we may see is that, a better front desk and a better lounge for the customers.
is TAFE, VST are still in service fiat cars or they closed.
Hi shanmugam, still TAFE is caring of FIAT vehicles. Mr.Suresh and Mr.Cruz are there for FIAT. I came to know that Mr. Cruz will join RDC soon.

TAFE might as well merge with RDC !!
What i was told is that the service centres is going to directly monitered by the FIAT engineers, and they need to follow the process strictly laid down by FIAT. So it should make a difference since the way my car taken for the test drive and inspected was way different and the enginner was explanning the mistakes and elapses that usually takes place at TSS.
So hope we get good service like we have a good car to drive
Exactly my feeling. It's exactly the same team at TASS that was giving us a not so good experience. In fact it was one of the same SAs names of whom are mentioned here in to 'joining RDC list' who handled my first service at Tafe. The guy had a unique talent to think of weird excuses to avoid checking out the only problem I reported, a door closure issue. Experience is nothing to write about. I was dissatisfied.
Lets at least hope RDC stocks some spares

We should be optimistic till proven otherwise.
Also, FIAT now knows that it cannot rely on " Hey it's TATA's fault" now, so i'm expecting a change in things.
