Fiat Caffe (KHT Fiat) - Domlur, Bangalore - Horrible After sales
I wanted to share my after sales experience as things have gone wrong after buying car from KHT Fiat (Fiat Caffe, Domlur, Bangalore) because of poor after sales & customer service. It has been more than 10 days and I already got RC smart card from RTO but KHT Fiat has not put on the number plate on my car even after repitative follow-ups. To my shock, the sales executive Mr. Srinivas took the money for IND number plate and now has left the KHT Fiat itself! I am also not given all the car accessories promised during car booking.
I have gone to dealer and have called several times also but nothing happened yet. This is really horrible & pathetic way to deal with customer once the car is sold and full money is paid. I think I have to get the number plate outside on my own now.
One side I really like Fiat cars, but I am really unhappy to see that poor after sales has still not left the Fiat India

Congratulation for your new FIAT.
Your frustration is understandable, but what I have also learnt from my mistakes that, unless you have everything written on the letterhead/offer details about the discount/promised accesories, including very small stuffs like mud flaps etc., anyone can deny giving it for free. Especially in your case when the sales person himself has left the organisation.
I think in this forum also in most car forums you will get some guide to buy a new car which is always helpful.
Now forget the bad experience and enjoy the drive of your new FIAT !!

I had similar experience with KHT. what i realized finally is it ultimately boils down the SA whom we end up with.
Unfortunately i was unlucky , may be you too in your case.
Just start enjoying your car, you will forget all that .. But yes, the first time car buying experience wasn't sweet enough for me with KHt, to be specific with Irshad, the SA there.

Though any money you have paid, you should have taken a note from them, but even then its Caffe's responsibility to fix this issue.
And i am another customer of KHT Fiat, they gave me what they promised but i didnt know the products were such a pathetic ones. They had promised Parking Sensor, Mud flap, Mats. Mats were just rubber sheets which were torn the next day. I bought OEM mats from 99RPM later. And parking sensor, i saw those kind when it was installed in my car, a small plastic device which will work one day and the other day it will not.
Hi, even me too a KHT customer and my experience was totally opposite to yours. I mean, we are as much responsible to check and ask for better ones in the bargain. Its fault of us to just accept what the sales people have to say and just get along with it.
Any ways, even i got a normal after market floor mats, its been 2 months almost and it has not been torn or any thing. Its good, but yes the quality is not as great as what you might wish like kaagu or star mats (cmon!!).
Reverse parking censors, you need to ask for FIAT OEM made and not the red sole one. Some red sole are cheap and if you just nod for it, obviously dealers put it up which would reduce their cost and increase profit margin (all dealers does this). Even i got FIAT OEM parking censors (thanks to Neeraj) and its working good still (touch wood).
Mud flaps again you might be lucky to get an absolute ones, but those who got the other normal ones are not bad either.
