    Extended Warranty- As it is mentioned earlier, KHT gives a printout if asked for.

    Reason why KHT is the preffered Fiat dealer,
    Just hours after I post here, I get a call from my sales advisor, Asking for my car details and whether I am facing any issues/troubles with the car. And bang a few minutes later guess what I get a mail from KHT with a PDF of my EX-Warranty policy.

    Adit Saab, Thank you for the help and lengths you go to help us with our small troubles even long after selling the car.. and also thanks to Irshad the KHT SA. :)

    :-D OT, If you were a Political party and us Fiat owners voters, you would have been like the only party in power winning hands down in all elections. ;)

    Great work there Adit, in getting this resolved in very quick time. What the customer seek is not issue resolution, but issue prevention. Strong policies and rewarding the employees for enforcing the policies, bring discipline, irrespective of which business one does. I have given the same feedback to even other dealers (read Viva Toyota, the dealer from where I had owned and serviced my previous car).

    So, then what is the fate of people who have similar issues, but are not members here? Why is it that any issue with KHT needs to be highlighted here and then Adit takes action? Why is this not happening proactively? As a matter of fact, this issue should never have occurred in the first place.

    Members posting their issues here and then Adit reacting to it, is the single most important reason I refrain from recommending KHT to friends.

    +100. Why should there be issues, posting on internet forums and then Adit intervening and sorting it out. They should not happen, whether its KHT, Aadya or Prerana/Vecto motors. I for one will give high importance on the issue not happening rather than getting the issues resolved after somebody from the top management gets involved.

    Humans makes mistakes, we are not perfect. I am not supporting any thing or any body here. Some times the unfortunate things happens due to watever reasons. Its easy to say it shouldnt have happened. But it does. Just rectify it immediately and try it not happen is all needed.

    P.S: I am sure most genius mindsets disagree or probably jump on my head and bang hard for my lines, but this is my opinion,

    Yes it will always be good to have no issues, but we must accept these issues do happen. We all use our personal relationship to get the issues sorted out.
    There are 2 ways to look into it, one is what you mentioned, there should be no issue at all, or second is, if issue happens there is somebody to look into it.

    One more thing, adit is reachable to all customers, I visited only one time to KHT, but I did see his number and email id mentioned at service center for escalation. TFI is just one another means to reach him, not the only one.
