    My 2 cents:

    How about having a monitor which customers entering your shop/SC can use (touch based) having simple functionality of satisfaction options viz. V Happy, Happy, Sad, etc.

    When below sad options is selected, a log is notified to you so that yourself or your customer care guys can call up those customers later in asking whats wrong.

    Remember many customers entering your shop may not wish to spend time in typing (touch device) about their feedbacks in the device.

    thanks zen... but what i was looking at is a more quick or real time thing... customers may not need to type a problem out.... jus a basic solution that sends me a message asap live chat types that there is an issue so i can take action on the spot.....

    coz am not sure if customers would mail me form on the spot or no....coz then that solves the problem as i check my mails every second....

    is there any way mods can send out a mail to customers in bangalore that if they have a problem in service they can mail me while they r at the service station and inform them my mail id so they can save it ?

    No, i meant just an input from the customers is Phone number and their satisfaction rating. Thats all. The rest is what you or your guys has to take up later on. Yes its not a real time, but atleast you can act upon the date you got from them instance later and assure them that a better service is given next time.

    Even a basic solution requires typing and how many customers wishes to spend lets say 10 mins in typing it, given that their lifes today are really busy, especially those who just drop by to pick some thing up typos!

    something like even type the word "problem and car number" sent to me as a chat message types is also enuf for me 2 call the workshop and get an update instantly ... even if they don't give details of problem is ok

    Emails can be sent to all Bangalore's member, but I believe all Bangalore members should already be knowing your emails ID :).

    I feel, why not put a board at service center, with your email id, and mention there, "Any issue/escalation, send email to <...> immediately".

    The idea of putting a board at service is good and it will help all FIAT customers who will be visiting the service center.

    Those days, concorde used to display a board listing contact points with email ID/phone no for escalation. May be they do even now. It's a good model, I think.

    that is already on the list to put my mail id at the workshop for complaints..... but just in case a backup plan also for those who don't use their phones for mails etc......all bangalore members may not know my mail id coz it has been posted randomly on various posts and not in 1 place for them to check and contact....

    alternatively is it possible for the mods to create a tag on TFI site here with dealership names and contact persons contact details for customers ready reference.... those dealership willing to do so can share the details and persons they nominate ...in my case it will b me
