    I agree with u bro...and that is what is keeping me hopeful and patient that even if delayed i can get my hands on the keys of my fiat... i have also spoken to another dealer(fiat caffe) ..but these people have assured me by tuesday loan from another bank would be sanctioned and he can deliver the vehicle on wednesday.. i hope they dont mess up this time...thanks for ua advice (y)

    i have already reported a couple of matters to fiat from the FB forum...and they had infact taken it up with the manager of aadya who had also told me dat he recieved mails from them...that was due to Aadya not confirming me on my Date of delivery and not picking my calls...but i just dont want to complain again...coz the manager-sales of aadya is doing his job...the middlemen basically those guys representing fiat at the banks are the bloody culprits..who r denting the image of the brand.

    I actually called up the Deputy manager of SBM last evening to find out the exact reason...hes again complaining against the representative from the fait. He actually told me..the representative took back Rs.1000 i had given for stamping stating that the customer is not going with the loan immediately.. I had already signed all the agreement papers....and my cibil score was well above their requirement...i really dnt know if the stamping not done on time was the only issue for rejecting my loan.

    Rohit good to know that your Punto will be delivered by Wednesday.Lets hope for the best.Oh i see the culprits are middlemen who represent Fiat at banks & not Aadya sales manager.These middlemen's should be removed from jobs.

    They are not middlemen they are the executive from AADYA. By the way i have completed my 1 month of ownership and still not received the tax receipt.
    so pathetic service from them. They royally put thier tag line as MILES AHEAD IN QUALITY SERVICE:evilsmile.
    Rohit double check about the thier commitments. I hope that now you dont get disappointment.

    Oh so these things are done by Aadya executives only.if u still didnt received your tax receipt then send a complaint on Fiat india website.Aadya is MILES BEHIND IN GIVING QUALITY SERVICE than Kht & Vecto.

    This is my buying experience from Aadya motors. I had booked Fiat punto Active 1.3 on July 15th but vehicle delivered on September 1st. They take 40 to 45 days to deliver a vehicle and the SA also saying they will take that much time. But while booking they promise to deliver the customer expected date. I had also faced lots of troubles, I expected on Aug 15th but couldn't get the vehicle. Then I escalated to Fiat customer care but in the conference also they were trying to escape with some reason and the SA is not ready to reveal the exact booking date to bring vehicle from factory.
    I had requested central locking as an additional accessories and the amount also paid but the vehicle delivered without the accessories. Then after vehicle got delivered, I followed up with the SC and got fitted. Looks to be they are not keen on sales and most of my case I only followed up them and never received call from the SA.

    Hi Can you explain what happened. My Evo is due for 5000km checkup & I was planning to go to Adhya.Please let us know what issue you faced so that it will help others in the forum aswell.
